At Patty Cornelius Pottery, as a family owned and operated business, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:
Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know when you contact us. We will ship the replacement item once the original item has been returned and inspected.
