Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the USA and Canada. We hope to expand to other countries in the future, so stay tuned!

Is all your pottery handmade?
Yes! Every single piece is handcrafted by me in my studio. From throwing the clay on the wheel to the detailed hand-drawn inlays, each item is made with love and care, making no two pieces exactly alike.

Are your pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?
All of my pottery is durable stoneware pottery and is both microwave and dishwasher safe! However, for pieces with delicate detail that could be bumped in the dishwasher, I recommend hand-washing whenever possible for longevity. If a specific piece has special care instructions, it’ll be noted in the product description.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, I typically ship within 5-7 business days. From there, shipping times vary based on your location. For the USA, it usually takes 3-5 business days, and for Canada, it may take 7-10 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way!

What if my pottery arrives damaged?
We are pros at packing pottery, however, if for some reason your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damaged item and packaging. I’ll work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

Can I place a custom order?
Maybe. If you have a specific design in mind or want a personalized piece, feel free to reach out to me through the Contact page, and we can discuss details like design, size, and timeline. I’ll do my best to work with you on a plan but it all depends on what else is going on in the work flow at the time.

 

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time but you can include a message for the person receiving your gift and I will create a notecard with your message. You can select this option at checkout and write your personalized note.

What materials do you use?
I work with high-quality stoneware clay and food-safe, lead-free glazes. Every piece is made with both beauty and functionality in mind, ensuring they’re safe for everyday use.

How do I care for my pottery?
To keep your handmade pottery looking its best:
– Avoid sudden temperature changes (i.e., don’t go from the fridge to a hot oven).
– Hand washing is recommended for pieces with a delicate edge or fine details, though most pieces are dishwasher safe.

Do you have a return policy?
Since each piece is handmade and unique, I don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. Please double-check the dimensions and descriptions before purchasing to ensure the piece will fit your needs!

Can I visit your studio?
Currently, my studio isn’t open to the public, but you can follow along on Instagram to see behind-the-scenes looks at the pottery-making process and new product launches!

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, I do offer wholesale and bulk orders for certain items! If you’re interested in carrying my pottery in your store or purchasing for a special event, send me a message, and we can chat about options.
